Ashes, hair or fur can be carefully incorporated into your chosen piece. For any other inclusion requests, please contact us before ordering.

Only a very small amount is needed, usually around half a teaspoon. Any unused ashes will be carefully returned with your completed order.

Once you’ve placed your order, one of our order packs will be sent free of charge within 3 days.

Each order pack contains a ring sizer, order form, business card, detailed guide, a small wooden spoon for ashes, a small sealable bag for ashes, hair or fur, and a pre-stamped envelope for returning your items safely to us.

Absolutely. Everything you send is handled personally by Lois with the utmost respect and care throughout the entire creation process.

Our current turnaround time is typically 7–21 working days from receiving your items, although this may vary during busy periods.

Yes. Any unused ashes, hair or fur will be carefully packaged and returned alongside your jewellery.

Yes. Many of our designs can be customised with a variety of colours and finishes to create a truly personal keepsake.

In many cases, yes. Ashes, hair or fur can often be combined within the same piece. Please contact us before ordering if you would like to discuss a particular combination.

Yes. Every item is individually handcrafted in our UK studio and made specifically for you and your loved one.

Of course. Many customers choose to create jewellery containing the ashes or fur of a beloved dog, cat, horse or other cherished pet.

Due to the highly personalised nature of memorial jewellery, all sales are final. However, if there is an issue with craftsmanship, please contact us and we will do everything we can to put it right.
